European Observatory of Online Hate – EOOH

The European Observatory of Online Hate (EOOH) is an AI-powered platform dedicated to identifying (illegal) online hate speech across 22 EU languages, plus Arabic and Russian.

By supporting real-time tracking and reporting of harmful content on both mainstream and fringe online platforms, EOOH offers a vital resource in the fight for safer, more inclusive digital spaces.

Online hate speech endangers both users and democratic discourse. The European Commission, through the Digital Services Act, empowers national stakeholders to counter this threat. Cooperation among the European Commission, digital services coordinators, law enforcement, civil society, and platforms is essential for meaningful change.

The training programme

The EOOH training programme seizes this opportunity by bringing diverse national actors together to forge lasting partnerships.

Participants of our trainings will not only gain hands-on experience with EOOH’s tooling but will also engage in collaborative exercises that build mutual trust, share insights, and empower everyone involved to respond to hate speech more decisively and effectively.

Become one of the key players in fostering a safer, more respectful online environment across Europe by taking part in the training. Details to be announced soon…
