The project FAIR STÄRKEN project reacts to the strengthening of attitudes and actions, that oppose democracy, human rights and diversity.
In the area of Cottbus, FAIR STÄRKEN offers training and advisory services for people, who are confronted with derogatory attitude and behaviour rejecting democracy and human rights in their immediate professional environment or in the context of voluntary work. Our offers strengthen specialists from various professions in dealing with the resulting value conflicts in their (professional) everyday life. The focus of the training offer is the strengthening of one’s own attitude and professional role in the confrontation with anti-democratic, right-wing extremist and conspiracy ideological attitudes and actions.
